Established in 2015, Poki Bowl was born out of passion to introduce a customized “seafood in a bowl” experience in Northern California. With this passion, the first Poki Bowl location opened on Almaden Expressway, and within 2 years, Poki Bowl was expanded to five locations around the Bay Area. With our new fast casual franchise offering, Poki Bowl is ready to expand their concept to newer regions and more communities.
In 2015, we were one of the first fast-casual restaurants in Northern California, focused on serving traditional Hawaiian poke with our infused Asian touch. Our concept introduces customers to a unique “seafood in a bowl” experience as they customize their bowl with various ingredients to their liking. We are an award-winning restaurant born out of a passion to share the tastes of the islands with the rest of the mainland. Our goal is to serve fast, fresh, and healthy food while keeping it Simple Yet Delicious. Poki Bowl is a great opportunity thanks to its low cost as all you need is a prep area in your kitchen! Our simple setup lets us focus on our great taste! Site locations range from 1,000 to 2000 sq. ft. with an average location size of 1,250 sq. ft.
We provide quick and convenient service for customers who are always on the go. We focus on fresh quality poke – cubed, marinated seafood – and signature sauces to ensure the best experience for our customers. Overall, Poki Bowl serves as a healthier option for the community which draws customers to our restaurants.
At Poki Bowl, we offer single-unit, multi-unit, and master franchise agreements, providing you the best way to get ahead of the curve in this growing industry. Due to our extensive knowledge of the buildout and operational process, we provide unparalleled support from the start. Within the next year, there could be more than 1,000 Hawaiian restaurants on the mainland, and because of that, each new Poki Bowl location is granted a 2-mile radius of territory as our brand continues to grow.
We started because of a passion to bring Poki Bowl and its unique tastes to the masses. We grew rapidly in Northern California and now want you to join our team! Partner with us and bring the joy of Poki Bowl to your community.
Our franchise fee is $35,000 and we provide you with all the training and ongoing support that you will need to operate your own successful Poki Bowl franchise.
The average cost to open a poke restaurant ranges from $179,750 to $326,500.
